Absolutely, but we doubt you'll ever want that. As a matter of fact, we're positive! We do ask that you provide us everything we need to start building your site within 30 days of receiving the deposit, so in the unlikely event you can't manage to do that, we'll refund your money, no questions asked. Once work commences, there is no refund available.

Provided you've given us all the content within 30 days of the deposit payment, we can usually have your site ready to launch within 28 days.

• Bronze Sitemaker: £125 - £450 (depending on if it's from scratch or edits to existing text)
• Silver/Gold Sitemaker: £175 - £525, depending on the number of pages & complexity of content

Your domain is your responsibility. The Sitemaker Care Plan is £30 per month in addition to the one-off fee for the initial Sitemaker website build and is subject to a minimum 6-month term. Any changes from the base Bronze, Silver or Gold package configurations, e.g. by including any add-ons, will involve an uplift in the advertised price.
