How it works

Step 1 - Preparation


Once you've selected one of the Bronze, Silver or Gold packages, you complete a brief and provide information about your website, including which page layout options you've chosen.


You will need to arrange a domain name. We can assist you with this. We'll handle the hosting as part of the Sitemaker Care Plan.


We'll give you up to 30 days to provide all the necessary content (logo, text, images).

Step 2 - Development


We set up your SSL certificate on your hosting account in readiness for site development.


We set up your Sitemaker website and integrate your content into your chosen package. The price includes inputting content (text, video, images) once. Any subsequent content revisions are not included.


We submit the website to you for review and allow one set of revisions to the content.

Step 3 - Approval


Sitemaker websites include one round of design revisions. We complete all necessary revisions based on your feedback.


Revisions that change the structure of the original design or page template, as well as to the content once entered, are extra and are charged separately.


You provide written approval to launch the site.

Step 4 - Launch

Final review

We submit to you for final testing and review. Any changes at this stage are additional and separately chargeable.

Final approval

You provide final written approval of the website, which we put through its final paces.
