Below is a list of items we will need from you within 30 days of providing your deposit.
Once you've paid, you will be sent an email with a link to complete the following information in order for us to proceed and start building your website.
1. Domain
We will need the name of the domain you will be using. Many hosting providers include a free domain with the purchase of web hosting. (Use our free domain checker to find an available domain.)
2. Website title & description
What will your website be known as? This is usually the same name as your business with a short explanation in a few words of what this website is about.
3. Page content
As the design and layout for each page is different, we will contact you to supply any necessary content specifically for the layouts you've chosen. This may include:
- Supplying final text and images in a digital format before the project starts
- Supplying logos and graphics in hi-res JPG, PNG or PDF format
- Selecting photos/videos from the list we provide to you upon engaging our services
If you are stuck for time and can't write your own page copy, our experienced, professional, in-house SEO copywriter can provide expertly written content for an additional fee.
Sitemaker package includes:

- articles to be provided by you, to be directly posted on the site with no additional formatting

Our base Sitemaker packages can easily be extended with additional pages. You can always add more yourself or have us create any extra pages for you.
Anything is possible. Projects are limited only by time and budget. If you want anything to be changed in the base design that is a major structural change, we can gladly quote you on that work separately and recommend a suitable Service Plan to carry out any additions or changes.
There is an additional fee of £150 to change your design if you change your mind.
Your Sitemaker website does not include your own domain. You will need to organise this and we can recommend who to use for domain registration.

You may either choose to self-manage with the included Sitemaker Care Plan, or if you are so inclined, outsource the content management. You may wish to consider switching to a Standard Care Plan to handle software updates, backups, security and content management.
If you're self-managing, all our Care Plans include video tutorials on how to manage content on your Sitemaker website.
No! Not at all. It's really easy!
Although WordPress hasn't always been the easiest platform to use, now all of our websites use the latest front end, drag-n-drop editor. It's very user friendly and easy to use. You don't ever have to go into the back end content editor and never have to do any coding. You will be editing your website like a pro right from the start.
If you can click a mouse and drag an item, you can do this. Everything you change happens right before your eyes, so there's no time wasted saving your work and then discovering the image you just loaded doesn't look right against your text.
